At Dog Friendly Co., we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and ensure the gear is free of pet hair or debris to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
